Graduation Clearance Procedures for Master's Students
1. The final thesis (including both printed and electronic versions) must be submitted by the registration deadline of the following semester. If submission is delayed but within the maximum study period, students must still register for that semester and submit the thesis by the semester’s final deadline to qualify for graduation.
2. Log in to the Student Information System at https://i.ntust.edu.tw/student to complete the required survey and print the graduation clearance form. Submit the form to the relevant offices for approval in the specified order.
3. Return any equipment, keys, or instruments borrowed from the Institute of Control Engineering, as well as any items held in custody. Alternatively, submit proof of handover. Also complete the handover process for your IP account and other related items.
4. Submit the following to the Library:
(1) Please visit the library website and upload the electronic thesis to the “Electronic Theses & Dissertations service” for review.
(For the binding format, please refer to the library website.)
(2) After the review is approved, submit one paperback copy of the thesis and the online authorization form.
If applying for delayed public release, please remember to submit the application form and certification documents together.
5. Submit the following to the Institute Office:
(1) Collect the paperback version of the thesis on behalf of the National Central Library.
(If applying for a delayed public release, include the application form and certification documents inside the thesis).
(2) Oral defense evaluation form and the “Declaration of Academic Ethics and Originality for the Master's Thesis.”
(3) Upload the full-text PDF file of your thesis to https://140.118.39.43:5001/sharing/YcqYUrwmx
