Graduation Clearance Procedures:

Fill out the graduation clearance form in the Student Information System.

Please return any equipment, keys, or instruments previously borrowed from the Institute of Automation and Control to Ms. Wang at the institute office. If you were entrusted with the custody of any instruments or property, please provide proof of handover. IP accounts must also be returned or deactivated.

Prepare and submit one hardcover copy of your dissertation to the library.

The library requires the submission of:

Two signed copies of the authorization forms for uploading the electronic version of your dissertation to NTUST and the National Central Library.

Submit one softcover copy of your dissertation to the Institute Office (T1-203A), which will forward it to the National Central Library.
