1. Application for Oral Defence

Apply at the department office (T1-203) at least 10 working days before the oral defence (excluding public holidays).

Appointment of oral defence committee members: In principle, the committee should consist of three to four members.

2. Schedule for Degree Examination

First semester: From 1 October to the end of January.

Second semester: From 1 April to the end of July.

3. Diploma issuance (after completing the clearance procedure)

First semester: 15th to 31st January.

Second semester: From the graduation ceremony date to the end of August.

4. Deadline for graduate student clearance procedure

The deadline is the same as the registration deadline for the following semester.
